I really like the way Sarah sums up our mission - to serve others. It's a great recommendation that we ask ourselves, "how can I best serve this person?", and that if we sit down with them and really listen with compassion and empathy as a friend, they will tell us how.

I also love the line from her accompanying guide, "what ends up happening for most people is their brain finds a reason to "celebrate" almost every day!". This is so true.

We don't realize that food addiction can develop bad habits and lifestyle. Motivation and overcoming food addiction are the keys to overcome the old habits.

Thank you, Annette! Best of luck as a new NET. You're doing important work by spreading these teachings!

Warmly,
Sarah

I really enjoyed the concept of true motivation. It's not about the NET, it is about the client and what is needed to support that client.

I really appreciated the ideas given here to use the 30 to 60 day time line. I loved the idea of changing your identity. Thanks for suggesting to add personal motivation from other experts in that field.
