Sarah Taylor, M.B.A.
Sarah Taylor began her career as a motivational speaker in 2000. As a member of the National Speaker’s Association and a Graduate of Tony Robbin’s Mastery University, Sarah learned techniques for motivating and creating permanent change in people’s habits. Sarah became vegan in 2002 primarily for ethical reasons, but became very interested in the health aspects of the diet as well. She came across Dr. Fuhrman’s work and, with a background in clinical research, was very impressed with his scientific rigor. In the coming years, she worked for Dr. Fuhrman’s company, was the emcee at his 2010 Health Getaway, and is now on the faculty at his Nutrition Education Institute.
Sarah wrote her first diet-related book, Vegan in 30 Days, in 2006 in response to the overwhelming number of questions she received from people interested in trying out a plant-based diet. She has since received her Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell, and is working on the next book in her series. She is a regular speaker at vegetarian conferences around the country, and has been interviewed on numerous radio shows including NPR and PBS. She enjoys combining her knowledge of a plant-based diet with motivation, helping people to permanently change their eating habits to enjoy better health, happiness and longevity.
